My-Cup-of-Tea

    Its 2:23 AM. Hearing to Rammstein’s "Asche zu Asche". Am leavin in 2 hrs for my home, leaving IIIT-A is not as easy as I thought. I am remembering all the moments at IIITA and guessed I should have done some things one last time.

    Actually, I should have left on 8th. Had no confirmed reservation, so I have to cancel it and book for 13th. I think it gave me a lot of time to do some of the things for one last time.

Done:: 

1) Ate at Punjabi Restaurent, Trips, Canteen, Samrat, Green Lawn and at sizzler’s point.

2) A walk inside the campus as a student of IIIT-A.

3) All items in our Mess. Esp., morning breakfasts.

4) Copied all the stuff on 2.40 onto my disk. 

5) Went to NSC, Katra Market, Allahabad University. 

6) I had the pleasure of givin send-offs to most of our batchmates. 

Missed::

1) Didn’t visit the village and also Naini.

2) SagarRatna.

3) Playing CS with our perfectly balanced teams.

4) Silver Screen. 

5) Never visited any temple beside our college or anywhere near it. 

     I still don’t think these are all. They will come to my mind when I left the place. Met some profs, said goodbye. Anyway, am feelin so sad and its a bit difficult to leave this place. I felt very sad when I said "Acha Tripati Ji !! Hum aaj raat ko nikhal rahi hai !! ", the look on his face …… I can remember it forever. My stupid batteries were dead b4 I took a picture of him and our good ole’ Tripati restaurant.

    Anyway folks I had a great time in IIIT-A, thanks to my mentors, my profs, all the restaurent owners, tripati ji, Sachin Bhai, Kondom, Bola and Kathi Ramdas and many more. A special thanks to all of you folks. You were my guru, my guide, my brothers and my love.

Hey folks !!!

    Am a graduate now !!! God !! I have grown alot in these four years. I still remember the day I   joined in IIIT-a. Sat in the last bench of the auditorium at NSC. Me, Venkat, Ik. They crapped all over my name, addressed me as ""Pra Santa Kani Kiche???"". I wonder how would they pronounce my full name . [Kanikicherla Anantha Chandra Veera Venkata Siva Naga Satya Prashanth Kumar] dont even try!!

    CMB’s(physics) first class. Everything was exciting for me then. A new culture, new place, new degree, new friends and nEEWwww food. The Nazi style[like gas chamber to kill jews] crowded 80 ppl classroom (Btw which is a store room now at NSC). We can make a movie with our experiences over our rides to Naini [Dey’s medical] and name it as "A ride to remember".  Naini Bridge traffic jams. A great thing to remember was the day we went to watch "Koi Mil Gaya". Gowtham, a theater with loads of crap in it, that too esp., the lowest class chairs. God !! I dont know how people can watch movies while lookin down for cockroaches and spit.  

    I miss the naini hostel, UCER buses (esp., lookin for gals inside ‘em), bhati bhaiyya, chat bhaiyya, 12 rs fried rice, pintoo mo**erf**ker (I dont believe he got marrried), canteen bhai, inder and our great WARDEN, who just visits to drink. Arun and Ahmed bhaiyya. A walk on holi to the river ganga. Daily cricket routine and that stupid 5ml glass of tea. Many round table conferences, birthday parties and cake distributions.

    Warnings from North Indians esp., Raman Sinha (Assole !! Jus kiddin…  was harsh that time, but now its funny).  VP’s  awesome lectures on circuits , I still dont remember what he taught me. Suchi’s muggin, while walkin (No offence). Two hour special classes by Mr Kiruba b4 exams(Saved my ass though). UCER’s xerox (photostat) guy and the queue for his grace. Many walks to the main road for chat and telephone calls. 

    Second councelling champs !! Babba’s philosophical classes for raju over someone. The beginnin of AOC season. Ashok’s arguements over Ganguly Vs Sachin. Shahid siddiqui and baulal saincha’s discussions with CMB (Boring !!!). Physics Lab sessions. Anurika’s communication classes. Signature analysis software ??? I didnt find it still. Directors speech on Jan 26th a snippet "Chini aage bad rahi hai". Why dont he kill us all !!  The sweet packets after the event.

    The actual fun was the screening of special movies….  ….., the holi day and the day b4 diwali… that can be called a bonfire. Peacocks, rats inside cupboads and the buildin beside our hostel. Did anyone had any adventure in that building, other than me and charan ?? Himanshu’s stupid answers to satisfy us about him serving us with bad food. Dhobhi bhaiyya and his excessive charges for clothes. Katra market for books and chicks. Shopping.

    Oops!! raggin days…. ha ha funny sessions really. I just wanted to stare at Ankita tapadia, god she’s fabulous. She’s our senior, respect pa !! Raju’s rose scene, warning to senior and Amit Gupta’s valentines day special gifts.. North Vs South cricket matches. Batmans cry, over their batting order. Ravi Kiran’s raggin sessions. Dress Code. White on black with a red button. God !! horrible clothing. That shirt was used n used n used n used n …… I preserved it still in my almarah. Austin sir’s special visit to hostel after the freshers.

    Confession, I stole a book from NSC library. Freshers day special dances and programs. The ultimate fight for snacks b4 the events. Exams, cut-copy-paste formula. B rai’s very patient lectures. No Audio only Video, Lahiri C classes. Pulak’s void attempts to serve us with audio. Marks distribution was fun esp., VP’s and CMB’s. I got zero and three respectively for 10 and 30. And the hi-fives after getting the papers. Ha ha very nostalgic.

    I have passed the two semesters at NSC with 7.21 and 7.92.
